Everything seems to be very “buttoned up”. The site is easy to navigate and the ordering procedure is quite simple. The initial online order and fulfillment went very smoothly. When I received the shipment, I called the customer service number and asked for extra holographic sticker. Their customer service personnel handled the request professionally, courteously and promptly and I received the hologram stickers in a matter of hours I just need 1 but they sent me 2 with no extra cost. The new stickers look just fine. The whole experience was “better than I expected”.
